Keeping EWYL Up-to-Date

When we find anything that needs changed in the EWYL curriculum we will upload a copy here so you can print that page and update your full-set. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date information for your clients.

Changes: The CPR process has been changed for infants and toddlers to the most recent version as recommended by the AHA. Please make sure your DVD First Aid Illnesses has the date of 2006 on the back. If you are using the VHS tape for this resource it is out of date.

Changes: A note reflecting the changes in the rate of SIDS deaths because of the successes with the Back to Sleep campaign was added to the instruction sheet. There was also a change under Instructions. The old version said to read Professional Questions and Answer brochure to familiarize yourself with it. This statement has been removed because the Back to Sleep Campaign doesn't provide that brochure any longer.

Changes: The instruction pages should have read "Show the Introduction and Lessons 1, 2, and 3." The error has been fixed and a few of the questions have been changed to make the answers more obvious to the client.
